Uncorked 3 hours in advance. Stunning aroma, not to mention it's a Marsannay. Feminine, but complex and layered aroma. Pure red fruits, mineral and spices. Bizot is really a master in bouquet. The fruity palate is delicious really reasonable structure and weight but can't exceed it's level. Anyway, it's still a bottle I want to drink everyday.
