Color is medium gold. On the nose: Apricot, marmalade and mineral notes. On the palate: Apricot, brown sugar and marmalade. Very good value for money. I bought 2 bottles. I will seek out other vintages. I like dessert wines, buy good ones, but only drink on rarely as they are a bit pricey. It’s not a Sauternes or a Vin de paille , but is a good wine.

Nose of beeswax and honey with honeysuckle/jasmine flowers. Evolving ballot, honey/beeswax to a clean laundry note followed by raisins and a long finish of beeswax with candied orange peel. Tasted over several days.

Not too sweet with slight ginger aftertaste. Very nice after a heavy dinner.

California Vacation (Sonoma, SF, Monterey); 8/5/2017-8/12/2017 : Tasted at winery. Grapey muscat note is there, but also a nice peach/nectarine note, along with honey and marmalade. Carries the alcohol well.

Very sweet, thick, slightly hot, but bright lemon pledge, muscat fruit. Not my favorite style, but well done.

Really nice fruit nose. Soft fruits like guava and peach. Similar soft fruits on taste. Sweet, but not sugary. Nicely balanced. A bit hit.

A tad syrupy but with apricot and tangy citrus flavor. Very nice with bitter chocolate and nuts.

Beautiful nose of grapefruit, lemon rind, tangerine, minerals, a little vanilla, and some petrol. Fairly viscous on the palate with lots of grapefruit, lemon, and mineral. Has a great firmness to it along with plenty of mouth watering acidity. Long lingering finish.

Decent acidity (though could use just a bit more), lots of pepper on the finish. Not overly sweet, with lots of tropical fruit and spice.

Very nice, usually muscats are too sweet for me but this wasn't. Really nice, good flavors and a wonderful bouquet. Definitely buy it again.

Seattle Tasting Group does 'BBQ Reds' (Issaquah, WA, USA) : This smelled like skunk cabbage and wet Labrador retriever. No one thought it was corked, but something was clearly wrong. Not rated.
