Deep garnet colour, Slight flambé fruit on nose. Fresh , bright tangy-raspberry compote, slight herbal note turning into a roasted venison and sea salt finish. Aged complexity, slight thinning in middle. Surprisingly age worthy wine. Completely delicious surprise !

Why did Gabriel give 18 points here? The nose is overripe. The finesse is missing. It has power, but 14.5% is too much for a Cabernet. The wine is marmalade-like, but loses it after only 1 hour and begins to sour.
