Drinking fantastic right now, was gone in minutes. Has really come into its own.

Pop 'n pour and a touch warm did not do this favors. This tasting note reflects about 30 mins with the bottle open and stored in the fridge. This kitchen sink blend (Cab. Sauv., Malbec, Cab. Franc, Syrah, Petite Verdot, and Pinot Noir... Bright, light fun wine with absolutely no finish. Lots of spice; cinnamon or cassia and cardamon all at the front of the tongue. No nose. Bright garnet color. Probably good with fruits (berries), soft cheese and wonton noodles. The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It tastes like cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. The body is light. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.

Needs more time in the cellar to smooth out the sharp tannins. Lots of potential, but we will have to wait and see how it is in a couple of years.

Pretty similar to their entry level, but this is a blend 67% Cab, 14% Malbec, 8% Franc 6% Syrah 5% Petit Verdot. Nice fruit, almost a blue quality if you will. Balance though is there with tannins, currant, etc.. what you expect. Well made wine.
