Didn't take notes, but it's still drinking quite well at 20 years. No doubt muted, but plenty of fruit and silky tannins still on offer.

Outstanding bottle. We paired it with a rich American beef stew and it was perfect. Rich, solid and drinking perfectly now!

($12) Well extracted and concentrated. Quite dark and dense in color. Nose is cedar/wood and macerated currants and cherries. Seems perched a peak of drinkability and certainly stands up well.
