Pnp in zalto glass, open label. Nice golden hue, nose yeast, baked apples, little roasted bred. Mouth is powerfull of acidity and moroccan lemon confit bitter, rhubarb and spice like cumin, curcuma with a light sweat and thankfully finish. Superb, still to young.

color is a bit hazy, maybe unfiltered. nose is interesting, expressive, with salty lemons. some peaches and stone fruits. pretty long. very nice wine

13.5% - Slightly hazy, med to light straw / clean, pronounced intensity - lemon peel confit, apricot, nutty, fresh butter, dry ginger / dry, high racy acidity, med round body, creamy mouthcoating texture, med+ intensity, long finish. Absolutely beautiful 92(+)

Decanted. Initially bright tart apples and Meyer lemon. By 2h after decant and as the wine warmed, aromas of ripe apples, Meyer lemon, minerals, hint of sea air and honeysuckle. Palate more toward gala apples, Meyer lemon, minerals, accented by honeysuckle, iodine and salt. Excellent acids on a medium bodied frame w a finish that lingers on. The longer I sat w the wine, the more I liked it. Excellent. 91+.

Seashells and apricots on the nose. White fruits, minerals and saltiness on the palate. So juicy! Even better on day 2. Terrific upside from here out.
