The 2020 Tremblay-Marchive Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey. Crisp notes of yellow apple, white flower blossoms, lemon and river rock/minerality. The palate delivers bright acidity, fine gained salinity with a long tart, straw tinged, refreshing round finish. Wonderful Chablis.
