Aromas of dark berries as typical of cabernet nose. On palate deep flavoured fruit is evident with mid acidity that makes it still interesting, finish with good lingering of mint after taste. I see no point keeping further.

The wine is a deep red in colour, the nose is still decidedly primary fruited with quality plum and blackberry fruit that is backed by pencil shaving oak. The depth and purity of fruit on the palate is exceptional, so much so i had to back to the label to reconfirm the wine is in fact 8 years old !
