The wine is aged in large barrels, but nevertheless there is a hint of vanilla in the taste. The bouquet shows earthy tones and mushrooms. On the palate a concentrated wine with a touch of sweetness, pleasant acidity and somewhat drying tannin in the finish. A more classical style of wine.

Bright vibrant color. Nose of sour cherry, hint of earth. Tart cherry and plum, with hints of wild fennel. Taught acid , balanced with light tannin. Great to drink now.
