Thought I would give this a try to compare to their Sonoma Coast pinot. Doesn't match up, I'll stick to the Sonoma Coast if I'm going to buy La Crema.

winemaker's notes: The 2011 vintage gave this Pinot beautiful aromas of boysenberry and cherry, supported by earthy tones of pipe tobacco, black licorice and warm baking spice. The broad palate is filled with flavors of ripe plum, dark chocolate and espresso bean, punctuated by savory herb and oral notes. Rich and round, with firm structure and beautifully balanced acidity.
