Straightforward wine with taste of red berries, lingonberry, cherry. Spice. Round flavour, medium body, low tannin, high- acid. Would go perfectly with pasta, pizza or tomato sauce. Good value

The wine is clear with a pale, red colour. The nose is clean with medium intensity aromas of red cherries, strawberries, raspberries, herbs, peppers and leather. The wine is dry with high acidity, medium minus tannins and high alcohol. The body is medium with medium intensity aromas of red cherries, strawberries, raspberries, herbs, peppers and leather. The finish is medium. The quality is very good.

Mindre transparent än förväntat, och också rundare smak än väntat av en Barbera. Liten mjuk doft. Balanserad syra med runda kanter, lite karamell och läder i smaken. Läskande. Vinner på att serveras något kallare än vanligt för rödvin, ca 15 grader. Passade bra till ostsufflé, kanske mest för att syran i vinet balanserades av dressingen och de gröna äpplena i salladen.
