55% Nebbiolo, 31% Mourvèdre, 14% Syrah. This is my 4th bottle of a six pack and a few months in the cellar have really improved it. Gorgeous nose and palate of strawberry, cherry, green herbs/pine forest, rose petals and, at the tail end, papaya juice (hello, Mourvèdre!). Best on second day when green herbs/pine forest element took a back seat and the fruit/floral elements jumped out of the glass. Complex, thought provoking and flat-out delicious. Found this unpleasant upon opening, acidic and almost effervescent. Thought it might be spoiled. Put it away in wine fridge to possibly return. Tasted next day and it was much better. Ended up finishing bottle over next week and a half and grew to like it quite a bit.
