This was a fun wine to drink, especially since I didn’t know what to expect. Slightly vegetal and black fruit nose, and maybe some hints of vanilla or something like that too. Flavors are balanced with some garrigue, some plum, some blackberry, and some acid. Medium body. Acid leads to a bit of a sour finish. On the whole very pleasant to drink.

This was a fun, interesting wine that over delivered vs. expectations. Deep color annd concentrated juice with interesting celery and black fruit nose. Subtle asparagus notes. That said, not super vegetal. Black fruit on the palate. Pretty cool to try something like this!

I disagree with the other reviews. Yes a slightly aggressive green note is present and comes at you in waves. However, the wine otherwise has no signs of underripeness. This is like pyrazine/green pepper in cab and if you don’t like that it is a hard avoid. However, then you would miss the lovely depth of herb, earth, and, yes a green vegetal note, that is a counterpoint to a rich vibrant red fruit almost balsamic reduction. It is sweet, …

I did not like this wine. As the other review mentions, it’s really out of balance with an extreme vegetal note. I’m gonna let it breathe a bit and try again, but I doubt this one is salvageable. A miss for garagiste. Use for cooking

I dont know. Barnyard on the nose. This wine had profound vegetal notes - celery and demi-glace. I’m not sure whether the bottle is flawed. Tannins show up in the finish.
