Too much spice. Maybe this bottle was off. Picking up a lot of clove, allspice, orange rind, ripe dark fruit. It was interesting but only for half a glass.

Excellent nose, thyme and beef fat, boysenberries. Excellent fruit and great balance. Slight spice on the finish. Fantastic value!

Really surprising nose, that exudes aromas of thyme, sweet roasted meat fat, mint and soft notes of raspberry and loganberry. The palate is bright and green edged with red and black berry fruit complemented with vanilla and touch of pepper, finishing on a note of black tea.
