Dark yellow orange in color. Oxidize vanilla and caramel on the nose. Incredibly rich, concentrated notes of dried fruit, grilled pineapple and noticeable tannins popping up in the mid-palate. Very long finish with oxidized notes. 94 points.

2022 Port Harvest Tour; 9/22/2022-10/2/2022 (Porto, Portugal) : Dark purple in color with garnet edges. The wine shows primary aromas of blueberry and blackberry. The palate has intense blue fruit, featuring notes of blueberry, cassis, and black plum. Impressively balanced for a young Vintage Port, it has an intense yet pleasant finish.

Tasted at the Quinta in the Douro - Quinta da Vista Alegre 20 year old white port (tawny) – Awesome wine! Haunting complex nose of caramel and spices. The color is medium dark orange with a pronounced yellow rim. Super complex in the mouth. Loads of glycerin. Medium bodied. Long, complex finish. A superb 20 year white. This is actually 25 years old, but there is no designation possible for that. 93 points.
