Dsg 09/2020 Floral and pastry-like nose, with crushed raspberry. Finished palate than Ulysse Collin's Rosé de Saignée. It's a very different register, with more floral aromas and a more tangy fruit. The profile is slender, with a lighter structure. A good finish with pastry aromas. Very good rosé.
