I think this is my last bottle. I was turned on to this wine by a buddy of mine and after trying it, bought the last five bottles from the store he had purchased it from. My 2nd bottle in a week - after my buddy brought this to a wine dinner last Saturday, I was so impressed that I bought the remaining bottles from the store where he originally found it. This is a light yellow in the glass, and I think I get a little of the riesling on the nose here - I think this is primarily Carricante, but it does contain other "non-usual" grapes when it comes to Etna Bianco wine. This is very unique - an Etna Bianco with Carricante and Grecanico, but also Riesling, Chenin Blanc and Gewurztraminer. Great acidity, complexity on the nose, and downright delicious.
