Very enjoyable. Not many tobacco or leather notes that you often get in Malbecs. Good value.

Dark purple with magenta rim. Intense blackberry and plum on the nose with hints of dark chocolate and spicy oak. Juicy ripe fruit with good acidity finishing with soft tannins.

A Few Value Reds from Chile & Argentina : Smooth and rich on the nose, with saucy black cherries, blueberries and blackberries, a deep sense of rich soil, violets and mocha. Full-bodied, solid tannic structure, medium-low acid, the fruit is rich and chewy but the wine maintains a smooth presence on the palate. This is a nearly opaque, full bodied malbec, with damp forest on the nose. Dark cherries and coco leading into a smoky leather with a slight tobacco on the finish.

Ordered a bottle at Artisan Coffee Bistro. This was a softer style of malbec, and is definitely ready for drinking now. Aromas and flavors of plum, cherry, and dark spices. This went very well with a Java burger. However, the finish was short and simple.
