Nose/Floral - stout. I mean you crack this thing open and smell the beer before you ever pour it in your glass (in a good aromatic way). Cocoa. Touch of oxidation? Cereal malt? Sweet - transfers to the palate. Clearly some beer was leftover in the barrel. Molasses central like I’ve never had in whiskey and only in beer like Goose Island. This is where it shines.
