Shiloh, Secret Reserve (Sod), Shiraz 2009: Purple in color, with on the nose ripe plums and blackberries, olives, herbs and leather. Medium, perhaps medium to full-bodied with an elegant, soft texture, on the palate black and red fruit, roasted herbs and meat as well as green olives, pepper, medium acidity and soft, integrated tannins with notes of cedar wood and tobacco leaves on the moderately long finish. Nice and at peak now. 15% Abv. 90+
