Bottle an excessive 1416g. Aromas of pronounced intensity—could be mistaken for NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Pungent lime, passionfruit and elderflower. Dry, with elevated acidity, round and full-bodied, 13.5°. Lime marmalade, with sweet fruit and a bitter edge. Loud but enjoyable.
