Much better than the last bottle. Medium yellow color. In the nose, this is a bit muted and unprecise with hints of dried mango and spring herbs, but overall not much expression. In the mouth this is terrific now though, very energetic, expressive, moderately sweet, buffered by vivid acidity. Sappy finish. This has developed very nicely.

Like the 2008 Kabinett Trocken, this wine is a bit flat. It has a medium yellow clear colour. In the nose, it is not particularly interesting with a little bit of yellow peach and applie pie and a quite strong spontaneous fermentation note. On the palate, there is just barely enough acidity to balance the sweetness, but it doesn't deliver enough to really leave a lasting impression. Quite a disappointment.
