Good clarity, cherry nose, excellent legs. Consistent light bite throughout. Not a whole lot of complexity but a good even flavor. Paired well with smoked ribeye. Overall a solid Tuscan red.

Drank with Frys and a meatless meat sauce on spinach pasta.

We drank this with an Indian/Chicken Veggie soup concoction. The color was garnet - a little browner than ruby. The legs were slow. The aroma is low and the wine is clear. Taste might be plum with a bit of sour cherry. The finish is short - medium. Well balanced. Moderate flavor. Overall we liked this wine. Nice with a strange mix of flavors on a snowy night.

We don't drink a lot of Sangiovese wines but maybe we should. This was very distinctive. The color was somewhat translucent ruby, the aroma was captivating with a spicy scent (I don't recall more specifically). The palate had a combination of spice like nutmeg and cinnamon, wound up with woody notes and sharp fruit, moderate - high acid here. You could really chew on it.
