Dilecta Pinot Noir Murmur Vineyard

Dark fruit and a seamless velvety texture were calling cards for this wine last night. There was a bit of toasty oak peeking out a bit more than I would have liked but it was delightful.

Taste Wines from CA's Central Coast (San Diego Wine Co.) : "Murmur Ranch Vyd is an eclectic 213-acre vineyard located in the proposed southern extension of the Santa Maria Valley AVA- the Solomon Hills area." Also known as Rancho Real, the property was reportedly purchased by Gallo on May 3, 2018. While the label indicates 14.5% ABV, the winery's web pg indicates 15.40%.
