Forty Five North Cabernet Franc

This bottle still had a lot of red fruit. Some people at the table said it was predominantly black pepper, but I thought the spices were pretty well balanced between black pepper and some other traditional baking spices. It finished very long and was a very big wine. It stood up remarkably well to both ribeye and filet. Fantastic. It is drinking very well right now.
