Weinhof Gollenz Sämling Der Gollenz

Austrian wines on vacation III; 8/1/2025-8/15/2025 (Austria) : By the glass at Family Resort Ellmauhof, Saalbach Hinterglemm, Austria. Soapy floral notes and tropical fruit notes, with medium(-) acidity and average to good length. Seems to have four of Le five grams of RS. A touch of residual CO2 adds freshness. A little simple, but pleasant enough.
