Il Chiosso Colline Novaresi

Decanted 2 hours. Initial notes after opening + 30 minutes: raspberry, smoky sauna, tar wood, leather and spice/anise. after 1 hour: raspberry chocolate, licorice, wet dirt, sour cherry, leather. Good tannins and acidity keeps this very fresh. A little pale on the finish, but a round and very good wine despite the relatively short finish!
