Alderbrook Zinfandel George's Vineyard

A bit past its prime, this wine was bought out of a special collection at First Avenue Wines in New York. Very sweet fruit had something off in the nose that blew off after about 10 minutes. The fruit tasted full but a bit dry, pruney. Got better as the bottle went along, but showed its age with a medium finish. Pretty much a sweet fruit bomb.
