Paired with chicken fajitas. Nose has a bit of flower and a bit peachy. Definite green apple citrus on the palate. I pick up some minerality as well. Definite acid too. Paired well with our meal. Drank one glass without food and it’s interesting. Touch of sweet cut by the acid. Def prefer with food vs without.
