This 2007 Koehler Cabernet Sauvignon from the stash was an amazing wine that benefited a great deal from aging in perfect conditions in the cellar. Incredible ripe dark and red fruits on the nose and pallet with a long lingering finish. Definitely a very well balanced treat.

Santa Ynez Valley Tasting Trip - Day 2 (Babcock, Foxen, Koehler, Brander) (Santa Ynez Valley, CA) : $55. Big jammy overripe fruit and some menthol. Has more in common with Port than dry red wine. I hate this style.
