Classic jura chard profile with nice tension and minerality, there's just a hint of heat that is noticeable on the palate as there is in many 20 juras. It becomes less noticeable with air, so maybe this will improve with age.

Bottle No. 0162 from 1161 bottles produced. Flawless expression of the Chardonnay grape in the context of its (southern) Jura terroir. The style is clearly reminiscent of Ganevat, but the élevage is shorter ('only' 21 months) and this delivers more succulent, golden fruit and a slightly less autolytic character on the nose.
