Sempre molto buona ma decisamente sottotono rispetto alla precedente..... o la precedente era un'eccezione straordinaria. Chissà.

Meraviglioso. Tipici idrocarburi eleganti. Un gran vero piacere. Pronto adesso ma suppongo che possa durare ancora per molti anni.

A little steely on the nose. Mandarin and lime; lovely spread across the palate, real energy and vibrancy though perfect balance. Excellent. Long pithy finish. Fizzing with life.

Millésimes Alsace Digitasting; 5/28/2021-5/31/2021 (On-line) : Nice citrus aroma with some tropical notes as well, on the palate nice refreshing acidity with interesting finish with a hint of minerality.

Opened 3h before drinking. Bright golden color. Beautiful balance, moderate acidity, some sweetness, fruit is almost gone, some discrete petrol notes, perfect to drink right now.

Really good and pretty mature. Lots of petrol and yellow fruit. Full-bodied and ripe. Good balance and just a lovely, round wine. Decanted for 3h and that was all it needed.

Lots of lemon and grapefruit up front. Finishes strong and dry on a smoky mineral/stone note, with a seam of citrus acidity. Not a cuddly wine, but very good precision and concentration. Probably could have lasted a few more years.

Tasted blind. Smells of honey and subtle hint of petrol; flavors of some quince and stoniness. Nice, very dry but alcohol does come through. I guessed a 3+ year Spatlese. Well, I got part of that correct.

Great riesling with lots of grapefruit and just a little bit of sweetness at the end. Perfect match for seafood - or white asparagus with browned butter.

This wine is drinking very well right now, it's clean, crisp, beautiful and packing lots of flavors and minerality.

The colour was light golden and the nose had minerals and citrus fruits. The taste was somewhat lighter than I xpected. Still have a few bottles but will not repurchase. Can go for a few more years I think

Very nice, lots and lots of minerals, bright lemon, lime, grape fruit. Was even better two days after opening.
