Milk chocolate, raspberries, chalk, green citrus fruits. Very linear. Extremely improved from last tasting 1,5 years ago. Give it a couple more years for peak

Didnt care much for my first bottle. The second one was way better. Maybe cause celebrating buying a house...

Proper grower champagne, 2012 is the first vintage of Nina Dubois. They only produce 40-45.000 bottles each year. Racy acidity as a result of the domaine's reductive style, 0% malolactic fermentation and of course the vintage. Lots of citrus fruit, green Apples and chalky minerality. Potential of 90+ in a few years time. Will age well.

A little to sour and not really my type at first but better later when eating some nuts and potato chips

At first very tiny bubbles that got right in the nose. Green apples, sour even. Hint of yeast. On palette high acidity, Green apples yeast. With some time in glass less bubbles, more towards red apples, and nougat (Nutella). Fabulous!

Hitting way above it’s price point, still young but quite enjoyable if you like high acidity crisp champagne. Will most likely age very well. Not really a points guy but would say high 80’s right now and with likely potential to break 90 within 3-5 years? Huge step up from 2010 vintage if you ask me.

Tasted at the Domaine and not quite ready. Shows more complexity than 2011. Great freshness and minerality. Has all the pieces just need time to integrate.
