From the Dienheimer Tafelstein on the Rheinfront in Rheinhessen, young vines on löss and kalkmergel, organic viticulture, fermented in steel with two days skin contact, and aged for 10 months in demi-muid on the fine lees, bottled unfiltered, 11% ABV. Pure and precise, delightful varietal and terroir expression, ripe but fresh fruit, fragrant and floral, clear and harmonious, skin bitters add a touch of structure, very good length.
