Overall lovely, deep dark fruit nose (with something else woody/leathery?). Tannic but soft with it (is that what people mean by "well integrated"?), bit of spice maybe. Totally would buy again (if possible!). 4-4.5/5

Very dry and tannic with notes of cedar and still a hint of black currant fruit. Still drinking well.

Nez assez complexe, fruité mais surtout épicé, une pointe de tabac. Tannins doux pour un vin agréable mais chaleureux et qui manque d'acidité.

Better than the last bottle. Blackberries, cedar, hints of licorice. Long fine tannins. Went well with steak.

Clear red, edge beginning to pale. Smooth, medium body, hint of tobacco leaf and spice in the mouth, red currant on the finish. Tannin coming through on the finish. Mellow and enjoyable.

Fruit is largely faded now. Not much to replace it. Still pleasant enough but time to drink up.

Lovely clear garnet colour. Attractive nose of red cherries and cassis. Medium body and less chewy than might be expected from a GSM wine. Cassis with hints of violets and cocoa. Elegant with fine tannins and good salty finish. It will improve with a bit more bottle age.

The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant. It tastes like black currant (cassis), plum and black pepper. The body is medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
