"90th" Joint Birthday : Passionfruit, lemon, apple and floral notes on the nose. Palate is still remarkably youthful, feeling clean and driven with an acid zing to it. Simple but drinking well and a step up versus my last bottle of this.

Pizza and a couple of wines : Soap, honey, licorice and a nice floral mix - not all that complex but it is nice. Palate has good texture with a light sweetness. The acid does feel a little bit prickly, as though it is starting to get a touch too old, but it is still nice enough.
