(From magnum, Disgorged in 2020, base year 2017 with 50% reserves from 2016-2015, 7% PN, 86% M and 7% CH, dosage 7 gr/l) Pale pink colour with a youthful nose showing some strawberry sweetness combined with a hint of chalkiness and some almond bitterness and opens up in the glass showing some fruity sweetness as well. (Probably best with 0-5 years extra cellaring)

(Disgorged 2021, evolved for six years on steel tanks and then for six years on the lees, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Meunier, dosage 1 gr/l) Lovely nose showing hints of butterscotch, opens up with some tutti frutti. Smooth and creamy on the palate with a gentle and crisp green apples acidity combined with a distinct lemon intense finish also showing a lovely saltiness on the lips. (Best 2023-2038)
