Paul Cluver Chardonnay Village

A: med lemon N: ripe peach, nectarine, cream, mango, chamomile, buttery (touch), sweet lemon P: dry, med body, high acidity wrapped in ripe fruit, some waxy texture C: outstanding = balanced ripe stone fruit and fresh, vibrant acidity, pronounced intensity, med (+) concentration, long finish on sweet white peach, chamomile and lemon. Drink now or hold for 5 years. Lovely wine, well integrated oak and lees treatment, a nice Burg alternative!

Excellent wine, pure with friut and structure, and a lovely finish.
