Early in its drinking window, but already so good. On the nose, citrus zest, ripe yellow stone fruit, wet slate, and a smoky edge. Dry, but also almost creamy at mid palate, balanced by high, but well-integrated acidity. A strong mineral core. Chalk. Long, saline finish. Outstanding with sea bass. This wine is precise and pure, restrained yet intense. If it was a piece of music, it would resemble Bach's Die Kunst der Fuge: intellectually deep and demanding, architectural complex …

Quite a rich bouquet with stone fruit, some anise and a little lemon zest. On the palate it’s not as precise as some other GG from 2019. Overall I would enjoy this wine in the next 3-5 years.

Big disappointment. No fruit, no length, only acidity. I am surprised that this is supposed to be a GG.

13.0%. Under screw-cap. Rich bright gold. Stoney mountain stream, pineapple, peach, ripe tropical fruits, and real minerality. There is more complexity and intensity on the palate than the nose. Very good length, balance and intensity - and real persistence. Lovely overall. Better with a lot of air at this stage.

VDP goes Rotterdam (Rotterdam, NL) : Not made every year. Deep citrus, orange, herbs. Great balance between sweetness and acidity. Long finish. 91++

Rainforest steam, heavy with magnolia, grapefruit zest, graphite, sativa, and kiwi. A mouthful is a ribbon of muscle, like a weasel. It sheds jeweled surfaces, in a choral ambience of miniature stony collisions. Transparent cartilage, penetrated with a salty wire of sap under eye-watering tension. Berry skins infused with peppermint in a savory, transparent, glycerin gloss. Calcium. Bay leaf. Lime leaf. As powerful as it is fleet—a wall of echo and reverberation in voiceless harmony. 95+

醒酒三个小时，淡柠檬色，闻香是浓郁的煤油气息，金银花，椴树花，淡淡的饼干，以及柠檬和橘皮的香气，入口高酸，特别咸，煤油矿物感强烈，白花，橙子，柚子还有轻微的杏和油桃的气息，浓缩的果味，后段强烈辛辣感和微苦，余味是柑橘混合着柠檬，漂亮花香，伴随着口中的回甘，余韵悠长。辛辣的口感，强劲的酒风，酒体不轻，集中度令人印象深刻，酒温上升一些可以用香气炸裂形容。要不是那标志性的矿物感提醒我这是一款雷司令，喝它的时候我脑子里想的是意大利北部那些强劲的白葡萄酒，或者是一支成熟的霞多丽。现在喝还太硬，太早，需要充分的醒酒，第二天喝比第一天更平衡些。分几天饮用雄壮不衰，后面还会发展出一些奇妙的烟熏质感。一款独树一帜的雷司令，Heymann-Löwenstein 乌玉园 Uhlen 的三个地块，风格居然有如此大不同。
