No notes. Beautiful cool climate Shiraz. I need to find more of these aged beauties.

Deep Red/purple fruit, vanilla panna cotta Juicy medium weight palate with spice, white pepper, choc-cherry. Soft and fine tannins, finish is lengthy but very fine/light~ish. Great balance on all aspects. 30% whole bunch, but very little showing currently, perhaps a hint of stem on the nose/mid-palate. Yum, there is more of this wine to unravel and flesh out with time. try again in 2025 or open the day before. 92+ Note: Tasting 2 days after opening

Huon Hooke “Deep red/purple colour. A very aromatic bouquet with a wide range of spice notes including pepper, clove and five-spice as well as floral hints. The palate is medium-bodied and intense, refined and understated, with great poise, a refreshing acid line and very fine-grained, subtle tannins. Long aftertaste and an outstanding array of bright, youthful flavours. Elegance and fragrance are the hallmarks of this new wine from the Langi vineyard”
