Quite far along. I don’t think it will benefit from further cellaring. Ripe berries, honey notes. Deep yellow color.

From a highly regarded 'Classic Chablis' vintage this wine pours rich and overt but evolves quickly after some time in the glass. Powerful aromas of butterscotch, lemon meringue and candy apple give way to oxidative sherry and almond notes. Creamy texture, fresh acidity. Flavours show a push and pull of sweet and tart with notes of cream, candied lemon and macintosh apple. Good length. At peak. Drink to 2025.

Very rounded, rich, zesty and long. An odd coconut end which really threw me off

Light and crisp. Light mineral notes. Hint of citrus. Absolutely brilliant example of Chablis and not hard on the wallet. Would buy again. Drink now.

Very pleasant. Easy drinking, tropical fruits & some creaminess

Nez légèrement citronnné,salin. Vif, acidité bien présente, assez long, mais ça manque de structure et de concentration. Bof!

Vin vif et acide. Manque de complexité. Sur le citron et minéral. Trop cher à mon goût.

Les Portes d'Or de la Bourgogne - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Chablis France) : Tasting, brief note. a big step up vs previous two 1ers. Floral, spice and apple here. Good concentration, good length. Acidity gives it a slightly drying finish right now, but I like this for its 2018/2020 and forward potential, 90-91 points.
