Very interesting Riesling. Raul Perez does not dissapoint. For a Riesling, it was easier to drink by itself than other Rieslings I’ve had in the past. It was fruitier with significant amount of citrus notes. Some lime juice, peaches, some pineaple and burnt grass. It did have that taste of petroleum and chalk at the end.

Seeing as I have zero experience with Sapnish Riesling, this served blind I would never guess Riesling. It's good. Very little acid. Reminds me of aged Trebbiano d'Soave.
