My first experience tasting a Bosnian wine, this golden-hued, lush, biodynamically farmed white from Brkić is crafted from the indigenous Žilavka grape. It’s highly aromatic, bursting with pungent notes of bruised pear, decomposing flowers, dried tarragon, iron, and Honey Nut Cheerios.
