Butter. Lime-like citrus. Non-intrusive acidity. Mineral. Balanced.

Lovely wine, this 100% aligoté, half aged in oak barrels (of which 10% new oak) and half in steel tanks. Fresh, yet with complexity. Good intensity and OK length. Medium+ intense aromas of lemon, peach, pineapple, vanilla, biscuit, butter, wet stone. Dry wine, high acidity, medium+ body, medium+ intense flavours of peach, lemon zest, pineapple, canned mandarin, biscuit, almond, vanilla. Medium+ length finish. 12,5% - served @ Bourgogne tasting Pinot Breda

The wine is medium-bodied, fresh and enjoyably acid-driven on the palate with rather noticeable oak influence, yet still the wine doesn't …

It is Aligote, but doesn't taste like it. Watery, clean cut, but not simple.
