One of the best Mexican wines I know of. Smells of fresh earth, furniture polish, freshly kneaded bread dough, lemon, and lanolin. Plenty of mineral on the palate, unctuous mouthfeel, and refreshing acidity lead to a long, gentle finish of clove and preserved lemons. Truly delightful, uniquely Mexican, and one of the best values in North American wine.
