Color: Pale yellow. Nose: Very expressive. Fresh and fruity. Mouth: The label says it tastes like nutmeg and quince. And I have to agree. But at the same time it tastes very fresh - a bit like a Swiss candy from my youth called "Nordpolzältli" (northpole candy). This wine is bone-dry. Only 11.5% alc.! I'm impressed what they are bottling in the lake Zurich region (Switzerland not Illinois/USA).
