A light golden color A reserved but familiar nose of green pepper and apricot. Fresh and young and stimulating Chardonnay that cuts right through but leaving you salivating kind of chard with loads of minerality. It's nice... It will cut right throw even stronger flavored spicy fried chicken

A bit more than two years after my first bottle, this is an excellent showing. Pale yellow. The wine has opened up beautifully and is ready to go but with a long life ahead. Could be easily mistaken for a very good 1er Cru Burgundy. Some matchsticks/sulphur, perfectly judged acidity providing ample freshness, white fruit and grape fruit, minerality.

Pnp at home. This is looking very promising. Pale yellow in the glass. Fine texture on the palate with white fruit, some honeysuckle, a very gentle touch of oak. All very fine and subtle. While still a bit tight this is showing good potential. Having said that, my experience with aging NZ Chardonnay is a very bad one as they seem to gown downhill after 4-5 years in bottle. Hope this will do better, and proof me wrong. 92+
