Compared with Azienda Santa Barbara Animale Celeste 2019 and Vinarsvo Druzovic Sisi SB 2018 (see separate Tasting Notes). Also follows on from my tasting of Riffault's Chasseignes, this entry level compares favourably with that single vineyard wine. Sadly the winery's website is totally uninformative about this presumed blend of different sites. Colour: Light straw with a gold hint, bright, clear.
