Zingy lime and passionfruit, this is dry but bursting with ripe and tropical fruit. Somewhat Rheingau in style, it has that New World ripeness while maintaining freshness and excitement. You could drink a bottle of this on its own very easily, but it's so versatile with food that you might not want to.
