Folk Machine Sauvignon Blanc

This feels very much like Sauvignon Blanc viewed through the Folk Machine lens: less shouty citrus, more texture and ease. The nose leans into crushed herbs, lemon pith, green melon rind, and a faintly smoky, leesy note that hints at gentle handling rather than overt thiols.
